Introduction. Root canal preparation is one of the most important active phases in treatment infected and noninfected teeth. Nickel-titanium (NiTi) instruments are increasingly used endodontic therapy due to their superior properties compared those made stainless steel. The aim this research was perform an analysis comparison cyclic fatigue ProTaper Universal Next rotary NiTi full rotation simulated canals. Material methods. Twelve twelve were analyzed study. tested artificial stuffed a metal block at angle 45? corner radius 5 mm. operating time each instrument until fracture measured number cycles (NCF) calculated. Results. showed greater resistance Universal. NCF value significantly higher (1,296.83?20.2) (p<0.001). average length fractured fragments statistically (4.52?0.33) (3.82?0.27) Conclusion.
